PMEA can support customers in the engineering assessment of projects, that may include concept designs, supply and construction estimates, lifecycle estimating, revenue analysis, presentation pack development etc.

PMEA can support in the development of Project Management plans, project schedule development, and in process delivery roles such as Project Controls, reporting, co-ordination, interface management and admisistration roles.
Engineering Support
PMEA holds individual certifications for practicing engineering services via the Institute of Engineers National Engineering Register (NER) and state based certifications.

PMEA generally provides Engineering Co-ordinational services rather than Engineering and Design delivery. We can develop concept designs for feasibility studies and support in the development of specifications. We work with our clients to select and manage key suppliers and engineering and design house consultants. We also support in the development of procurement specifications.
Our PMEA Director is a chartered mechanical engineer with National Engineering Registration (NER) and a member of the institute of engineers Australia. He also holds Victorian Business Licencing Authority registration for practicing Engineering in the state of Victoria. and also holds the following qualifications
Diploma of Business
Certificate of Technology - design drafting - mechanical
Certificate IV in Project Management.
Subject to client requirements, PMEA can access additional associates or staff to provide additional qualifications that may be needed.
